Is there a limit to how many photo booth prints we’ll get?

No, absolutely not! Photo prints are unlimited during the hire of our photobooth. We also offer multiple prints so everyone in the picture can get a copy.

What are the print and layout options on offer?

The pictures can be printed in black and white or colour.

They are generally 4×6”, and we can offer strip prints, or prints which contain single or multiple images.

If you’d like we can also customise your prints for your event in a number of ways, such as by adding text, logos or including backgrounds.

Do we have insurance?

Yes! We are covered by a public liability insurance policy.

When do we require payment?

25% at the time of booking and full amount payable 14 days prior to event.

Do we refund money for cancellations?

More than 30 days prior to event a 50% refund of their deposit
Between 15 – 30 days prior to event, you will forfeit entire deposit
Less than 14 days prior to your event, you will forfeit the entire hire fee

How long does it take for our staff to set up and pack down?

We try to arrive at every event as early as we can to ensure your gets are ready to start capturing images as soon as the party starts.

It takes about an hour to set up the booth and equipment, and about the same amount of time to pack it down.


Yes. You will have a dedicated mirror host for the duration of your hire. They are friendly and professional and will be able to help guests with any issues that might arise, making sure they get the most out of the fun experience.

Staff Meals

No, it is not necessary to provide meals for our staff. However, if the event lasts for more than four hours, they would be on site for about six hours and would appreciate being fed if it is possible.

Area Set Up

The booth needs to be set up close to power as it will need to be plugged in at all times during the event.

It would also be great if the area is easy to access and close to car parking, as the equipment will need to be carried to and from the vehicle for set up and pack down.

In addition, a space which is 2 square metres or larger should be sufficient so there is enough room for the booth and your guests to enjoy it.
